It’s funny how quickly time can slip by.
One moment, you’re in a rhythm — showing up, creating, sharing from the heart — and then, without even realising it, life pulls you in another direction. Days pass. Then weeks. And suddenly, it’s been a while.
That’s exactly what happened with this blog.
For a while, I was consistent — scheduling every Friday at 6am like clockwork. But one missed post turned into a few. And just like that, I was out of sync.
And yet… I never stopped caring.
I still want to share what’s on my heart. I still want to offer comfort, clarity, and encouragement to anyone who finds themselves here. That part hasn’t changed.
Why I Write
I started this blog because I’m building my business around my children. They’re my “why.” I love supporting people through tarot, healing, and mindset — and writing has always been the way I process and express what I’ve learned.
Some people shine through video. Others through conversation.
Me? It’s always been writing.
That’s where I feel most connected, most myself.
And I want this space to be one you can return to anytime and find exactly what you need — whether that’s a moment of stillness, a message of encouragement, or just a gentle reminder that you’re not alone.
What’s New (And What’s Next)
Over the past year, I discovered something that lights me up in a whole new way — recording guided meditations. It’s become such a powerful part of the support I offer now. Not just readings or reflections, but meditations for mindset, healing, and energetic alignment.
And with that, I created something new:
The Just Be Challenge — originally a 7-week journey, now a 5-day event inside my Facebook group Just Be Mindful, starting 23rd June.

Let This Be Your Reminder
So here I am — picking it back up. Writing this post.
Because sometimes, getting back into rhythm is as simple as… just doing it.
Not overthinking. Not judging yourself. Not waiting for the perfect timing.
Just showing up.
And if you’ve drifted from something lately — something that mattered to you — let this be your permission to return. Gently. Whenever you’re ready.
This post is short and honest, but it’s important.
Because it means I’ve shown up.
And maybe it’s the beginning of a new rhythm.
Or maybe it’s just today.
Either way, I’m here.
And if you are too — welcome back.
One step at a time 💛
