What exactly is RISE?

RISE is a self paced healing programme for women moving through heartbreak or repeating relationship patterns. Inside you will find growing meditation libraries, emotional support audios and gentle tools to help you process your feelings, release old attachments and rebuild your sense of self.

Who is RISE for?

RISE is for you if you are hurting after a breakup, struggling to let go of someone, or realising that old patterns keep repeating and you want something different. It is also supportive if your breakup was a while ago but you still feel stuck or triggered and want to feel more secure and grounded in yourself.

How do I access the content?

Once you join, you will receive access to a private online space where all of the meditations and resources are stored. You can log in from your phone, tablet or computer and work through everything at your own pace.

How long do I get access for?

You receive lifetime access to the RISE content and to all future updates. That means you can return to the meditations and resources any time you need them, even long after you have moved into a new chapter of your life.

Is one to one support included in RISE?

RISE is mainly a self paced programme. I offer one year of email support for questions and check ins from the date of your first payment. This support is there to help you feel held as you move through the work, but it is not the same as ongoing coaching sessions.

How many questions can I ask in an in depth reading?

You can ask as many questions as you like within reason. I will always let you know if I feel there are too many for one reading so you can decide which are most important to you.

Do you read on health or legal matters?

I can offer insight around the emotions and general energy, but I do not read on serious topics such as death, serious illnesses or serious legal cases. Tarot is never a substitute for medical, legal or professional advice.

Can I request a specific focus for my reading?

Yes. Any area of life is welcome, including love, career, relationships, personal growth or something else entirely. You are welcome to share as much or as little detail as you feel comfortable with.

Do you use a specific tarot spread?

I read intuitively with the Rider Waite Tarot, allowing the cards and your energy to guide the reading. Rather than sticking to one fixed spread, I follow what feels right for your situation.

Will you tell me exactly what is going to happen?

I can share what feels likely based on the current energy. It is important to remember that energy is fluid, and free will, your choices and other people’s decisions can all shift the path ahead. Tarot is best used as a tool for guidance, clarity and empowerment rather than a fixed script for the future. All readings are for entertainment purposes only.

How will my reading be delivered?

Most readings are delivered as written messages online, either through the platform you ordered on or by email, depending on the listing. Some services are also available as audio or video. The exact format will always be explained in the description of the service you choose.

Do I need to prepare anything before my reading?

It can help to take a moment to breathe, think about what you really want to ask and write your questions clearly. You do not need any special tools or rituals. Simply being open and honest about what you are hoping to understand is enough.

How accurate are your timeframes?

Timeframes are given based on the energy I connect to at the time of your reading. Because energy can shift quickly, especially when multiple people are involved, I cannot promise an exact level of accuracy. They are best seen as a gentle guide rather than certainty.

What is a Soul Expansion Audio?

Your Soul Expansion Audio is a deeply personalised recording designed to help you shift your energy, align with your goals and grow into the version of yourself you are ready to become. It can blend guided visualisation, affirmations, grounding, gratitude and manifestation prompts, all tailored to you.

How do you create my Soul Expansion Audio?

You will receive a detailed questionnaire so I can understand your preferences, such as the length of the audio, style of background music, tone of my voice, your goals and whether you would like elements such as gratitude, affirmations, grounding or visualisation included.

Will it be completely personalised to me?

Yes, every detail is created with your intentions, preferences and energy in mind. No two audios are ever the same, and each one is recorded just for you.

Can you create one for a specific goal or desire?

Yes. The questionnaire helps me tune in to your intentions so the audio supports exactly what you want to work on, whether that is confidence, healing, manifestation, emotional regulation or something else.

How will I receive my audio?

You will receive your recording as an MP3 file via email. If you prefer, I can also provide it as a private YouTube video, which makes it easy to listen on your phone or any device.

Do you make other types of audios?

Yes. I also create personalised meditations focused on things like grounding, calming anxiety, manifesting a specific outcome, breathwork and emotional release. If you have something specific in mind, you are welcome to ask.

What is included in the tarot subscription?

The tarot subscription gives you regular readings and guidance so you feel supported over time, not just for one moment. You receive readings at set intervals, along with gentle check ins and energy updates. The exact details and current structure are always explained clearly on the subscription page before you join.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time in line with the platform or payment provider you use. I always recommend cancelling a little before your next billing date if you do not wish to be charged again.

Can I change the focus of my subscription readings?

Yes, within reason. If your situation changes or you would like to focus on a different area, you can let me know and we can adjust the focus of future readings to match what you most need support with.

Do you offer refunds?

Because my services are digital and based on my time and energy, they are generally non refundable once the work has been completed and delivered. If you ever feel there is an issue with your order, please contact me and I will always do my best to resolve it with you.

Are my details kept private?

Yes. Everything you share with me is treated with respect and confidentiality. I do not share your personal information or the details of your reading with anyone else.

What time zone do you work in?

I am based in the United Kingdom and work in UK time. You are always welcome to order from anywhere in the world, just keep in mind that our time zones may be different when you are waiting for your reading to arrive.

What if I need to change my question after I have ordered?

If you need to adjust your question, please message me as soon as possible. If I have not started your reading yet, I can usually update it for you. If the reading has already been completed, we can talk about the best way forward.

How quickly will I receive my order?

General readings are usually ready within 24 hours. In depth readings are usually ready within 48 hours. Soul Expansion Audios and personalised meditation bundles are usually ready within 5 days, slightly longer if you order a larger bundle. If there is ever likely to be a delay, I will always let you know.
